MCHS (Lincoln, NB) – Today, temperatures in the central and eastern parts of Nebraska are expected to be lower as a result of the passage of yet another cold front. It is not going to be as cold in the western part of Nebraska. The state of Nebraska is expected to see warmer temperatures as a result of a warm front that will travel across the state Wednesday and Tuesday night.
The state will continue to see mild temperatures on Thursday and Friday, and then, over the course of the weekend, another wave of cold air from the Arctic will come back into the state.
In the central and eastern parts of Nebraska, the weather is partly to mostly sunny and chilly. Central and eastern Nebraska will see high temperatures in the teens and 20s on Tuesday, while western Nebraska will have temperatures in the 30s and 40s. Wind speed ranging from 10 to 15 miles per hour.

Atmospheric conditions will be partly to mainly cloudy from Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, with the possibility of a few snowflakes. Numbers in the single digits and the teens as lows.
On Wednesday, the sky will be partly to mostly sunny and warmer, with high temperatures in the 30s and 40s.
