A trooper successfully pursued the individual and indicated for him to stop at the intersection of County Road 486 and Brandywine Terrace.

A video shared on X, previously known as Twitter, by FHP shows a man in a Santa costume arriving at a gas station, only to swiftly flee from a trooper.

A chase began, but the FHP reported that the trooper lost track of the motorcycle and concluded the pursuit at County Road 491 and Black Diamond.

“The sleigh must be in the shop, but last night Mr. Claus didn’t pause for any cause,” FHP wrote in the social media post. “Anyone that recognizes ol’ St. Nick please feel free to call *FHP (*347) and let us know!”
