For our first admin profile, we had the privilege to sit down with Mr. Berryman.  It was a great experience for us to get to know him on a personal level.  Before Mr. Berryman became an assistant principal, he was a government teacher for 6 years prior.  When he was in college, Mr. Berryman taught a PE class with Mr. Wilkes.  It was this experience that sparked his interest to work with kids in the school system.  Mr. Berryman is someone who is well respect around Madison County High School. His contagious words tend to influence you to be a better you.  Even though he has served as a supportive male figure for many young people, he officially became a father in 2020.  “My overall look on talking to children changed completely when becoming a father,” says Berryman. “I now think of each student in head as my own.”  Something Berryman thinks the students would find interesting is that he is actually nice.  This is no shocker to us!  We greatly appreciate all he does to keep our school safe and running smoothly.
