The Outside, written by Stephen King, is a horror/mystery novel. While Investigating the brutal murder of a young boy, Ralph Anderson finds that Terry Maitland has to be the killer. Angered, he makes a public arrest. Even with his solid, crack-proof alibi, it still seems that Terry is innocent. As the case spirals down, it starts to show a darker, more sinister truth. Do be warned, though. This book is not for everyone. It contains very graphic imagery and is not for the faint of heart. I would not recommend this to anyone who may be sensitive to the serious topics mentioned in the book.
