Hi Laci,
This is Liza Wiemer, author of THE ASSIGNMENT! I saw your review online and wanted to reach out and say thank you for reading and reviewing the novel. Most of all, thank you for highlighting how important it is to talk about this topic. Hatred, bigotry and injustice will continue if people remain bystanders. It takes courage to be an upstander and an ally. Your thoughtful words are an inspiration.
