Book of the week: Highly Illogical Behavior by John Corey Whaley

The book, Highly Illogical Behavior, follows the intertwined stories of Soloman Reed and Lisa Praytor. Lisa wants out of their small town, while Soloman believes he will never leave. Lisa believes that Soloman will be her ticket out and to college. Solomon is a 16 year old with severe Agoraphobia, not having left his home in over three years. Lisa befriends him, and decides she will help him with his anxieties so she can use it in her scholarship essay. But Lisa doesn’t know Soloman knows she is using him. Highly Illogical Behavior is an amazing book. Despite not having many surprises, it tells a great message about how to treat others.
