Book of the week: Genuine Fraud by E. Lockhart
Genuine Fraud, written by E. Lockhart, is a book following the character Jule. She is an 18 year old with a passion for identity theft. She enjoys re-creating herself, having started at a young age with mimicking. This has created a web of lies and half truths around her. She decides to befriend and become Imogen, a girl with similar looks and a fortune to her name. But this does not go as it was initially planned. Genuine Fraud is a great read. It has suspense and lots of plot twists, allowing for lots of surprises. It does however, tell the story starting at the end, so it is confusing at first, but falls into a rhythm after the first few chapters.
